DEC plan established to support communication and exploitation of NextTechTalents outcomes

The first Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication (DEC) plan has been established to support the visibility, uptake, and long-term use of the project’s results. The plan defines how communication activities, materials, and channels are used to promote outcomes, engage stakeholders, and support exploitation across academia, industry, and relevant environments.

The DEC plan focuses on practical implementation. It brings together communication channels, visual identity, print and digital materials, and the project website into a single, coordinated framework that can be used consistently by all consortium partners.

Communication channels

Three main communication channels are defined in the DEC plan. In-person communication includes workshops, presentations, and meetings with relevant stakeholders. Written communication relies on materials such as leaflets and posters. Technology-based communication includes the project website and social media channels.

These channels are used to disseminate project-related information, support engagement with stakeholders, and facilitate feedback and networking activities. All consortium partners contribute to communication activities, taking advantage of their own sources and channels as well.

Project identity and visual consistency

A common project visual identity has been established. An official Identity Kit has been developed and made available to consortium partners to ensure consistency across all communication activities and materials.

The Identity Kit includes the project logo, colour codes, fonts, and visual elements. These are applied across documents, presentations, print materials, website content, and social media communication.

Print dissemination materials

A set of print materials has been developed to support in-person communication and dissemination activities. These materials reflect the official project identity and are intended for use at conferences, meetings, and public events.

The print materials include business cards, a project leaflet, a roll-up banner, stickers, and a branded project folder. All materials are available to consortium partners for use during dissemination activities. For the public, print materials can be found in the NextTechTalents website: https://www.nexttechtalents.eu/media/.

NextTechTalents Leaflet design

With the DEC framework now in place, the consortium has a shared operational basis for implementing communication, dissemination, and exploitation activities in a coordinated manner. The established tools, channels, and materials enable consistent project representation, support stakeholder engagement across sectors, and provide a foundation for monitoring progress and refining actions in future iterations of the DEC plan.
