Capacity-building activities upcoming within the NextTechTalents project

The NextTechTalents consortium is currently entering an important planning and coordination phase, preparing a series of webinars, networking workshops, and training services that will be implemented across all partner countries in the coming months.

Structured preparation at national and EU Level

The partner countries are actively preparing the activities by:

  • Identifying and onboarding external organisations to participate in pilot activities;
  • Establishing cooperation agreements and aligning training schedules;
  • Coordinating speakers and EU-level experts;
  • Preparing digital infrastructure for webinars and sessions;
  • Planning venue logistics and outreach activities.

The focus during this phase is to ensure that the upcoming activities respond to local needs while remaining consistent with the overall framework of the project initiatives, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.

Target groups and capacity building

The planned activities will address:

  • Early-stage researchers seeking to strengthen essential competences in line with ResearchComp;
  • HR managers and institutional staff interested in improving career support services;
  • Organisations aiming to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry.

In addition to thematic webinars, partners are preparing Partnership Building Events and Train-the-Trainer sessions designed to support sustainable skills development and institutional capacity building.
