Level Up Your Researcher Game – Professional Skills for Early Career Researchers: Webinar 3
Driving Impact from Research and Design Thinking.
Early Career Researchers (ECRs) that seek to insert themselves into the scientific ecosystem are facing from the very beginning a pressure for results: results in their scientific training, results in career building, results in networking and, most of all, results in research. However, even such results, as relevant as they may be, do not weight in the career path of the ECRs unless the results are presented in such a way as to produce the most efficient impact on the community of peers. How to maximize this impact, how to augment the chances to gain a better position in the scientific community – these are some of the needs to which the present transversal webinar offers solutions. In connection to this, the webinar will offer an efficient method for identifying the actual needs of the ECRs and iterating the process of accomplishing them- the LUMA Method.
As part of our curriculum, NextTechTalents project is pleased to invite you to this transferable skills course, delivered by dr. Viola Hay from Amberstone Innovation Ltd. UK.
